General Troubleshooting

I'll investigate issues with your devices, network, or software and recommend solutions. Troubleshooting begins at $50 for a basic diagnostic. Full service billed at $75/hr once a solution has been approved.

• Devices and Hardware

  I'll inspect the hardware and configuration of your desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and any other peripherals to identify the root of the issue and offer a practical fix or recommendation.

• Network

  If you're encountering issues with internet configurations or device connectivity, I can diagnose the network setup and determine the best next course of action to get you back online.

• Software

  If your applications and programs are crashing or behaving erratically, allow me to get to the root of the problem to find a fix or the next best solution.

Service Packages

The following service packages have general fixed prices. These are best suited for common tasks with well-defined scopes.

• Data Transfer/Backup

  Create a copy or backup of your data on a preferred system such as an external drive, new device, or secure cloud storage.

  • Standard Rate
    $150 for the first 100GB
  • Additional Data
    $40 per extra 100GB
  • Note that large, on-site transfers incur an additional $50/hour after the first 90 minutes once data transfer has begun.

• Virus Removal

  Perform a system scan to identify viruses, malware and potentially-unwanted-programs for individual computers.

  • Basic Cleanup
    System scan and malware removal. Includes software update check. Starts at $100.
  • Advanced Removal
    Deep scanning, multiple tools, browser cleanup, and software update check. Can be done on-site or off-site. Starts at $150.
  • Critical Recovery
    Data backup (up to 250GB), full system wipe and OS reinstallation. Includes user data and application restoration. Done off-site. Starts at $300.

• Operating System Services

  Repair, Reinstall, or Upgrade your operating system (such as Windows 10).

  • OS Installation
  • Install a new operating system onto your machine
  • Upgrade your current operating system
    (e.g., from Windows 10 to Windows 11)
  • Wipe your system and start fresh with a clean install
  • Standard Rate $200 to install, wipe, or upgrade the system OS.
  • Additional Rates $300 to reinstall an OS with backed up data up to 150GB.
    Installation of applications on-site will incur the $75/hour charge beginning after the OS is reinstalled.
